2. Subscription & Payments
- No Auto-Renewal: All our subscriptions are one-time payments. We do not store your payment details for automatic billing. You must manually renew your service when it expires.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in GBP (£).
- Activation: Activation credentials are sent via email or WhatsApp typically within 1-6 hours of payment confirmation.
3. Usage Policy
To ensure the stability of the server for all users, the following usage rules apply:
- Single Connection: Unless you have purchased a multi-room package, your subscription is valid for one device only. Attempting to use the same login on multiple devices simultaneously will result in your account being automatically blocked by the system.
- No Re-streaming: You are prohibited from re-streaming, broadcasting, or distributing our content to the public. Violators will be permanently banned without refund.
4. Content & Channel Availability
While we strive to keep our channel list stable, please be aware that:
- Channels Subject to Change: The lineup of channels, movies, and series may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific channel.
- Uptime: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, streaming services can occasionally be affected by maintenance, server upgrades, or internet routing issues beyond our control.
5. Compatibility & Internet Requirements
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have compatible hardware and a sufficient internet connection.
- Speed: We recommend a minimum stable download speed of 15 Mbps for HD content and 25 Mbps for 4K content.
- ISP Blocking: Some Internet Service Providers (ISPs) in the UK may block IPTV traffic. It is the user's responsibility to bypass these blocks (e.g., using a VPN or disabling ISP shields). We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by your ISP.
6. Limitation of Liability
IPTV Firestick Subscription shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our service. We provide the service "as is" without any warranty of any kind.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally, refunds are only issued for prolonged service outages or unresolved technical faults on our end, not for change of mind or customer-side internet issues.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service following any changes signifies your acceptance of the new terms.
