1. Eligibility for a Refund
We will issue a full refund to a customer under the following specific circumstances:

Prolonged Service Outage: If your IPTV service is non-functional or completely inaccessible for a continuous period of more than seven (7) days due to a fault on our end.

Unresolved Technical Issues: If you are experiencing a technical problem that prevents you from using the service, have actively worked with our support team to resolve it, and our team is unable to fix the problem.

Lack of Support: If you have made a reasonable attempt to contact our support team regarding a critical issue and have not received a response or an acknowledgment within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours).
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We are unable to provide a refund in the following situations:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you decide you no longer want the service after the purchase has been made. Our "Pay When You Are Happy" model provides ample opportunity to test the service before committing.

Customer-Side Issues: We cannot provide refunds for issues related to the customer's own setup. This includes a slow or unstable internet connection (ISP blocking/throttling), incompatible devices, or incorrect configuration that is not a fault of our service.

Forgetting to Cancel: As our plans are a one-time payment and do not automatically renew, refunds are not applicable for "forgetting to cancel" as there is no recurring subscription to cancel.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria in Section 1, please contact our support team. Please include your Order Number and a detailed description of the issue.
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days and returned via the original payment method (Bank Transfer).
